I wasn’t believe they going to give the best Vication ever thank you so much for all of you I spend nice time in your facility I learn how I can save a lot of money in my Vication I believe now I can travel 5 times ahead thank you so much for the way you treated me
Nice funny presentation. Very informative and understandable.
Everyone was friendly and would answer all and any questions...was very pleased.
To improve upon the presentation, I would recommend including the map of where Sundance has locations in (where customers could choose to stay, shown at the very end on a map in the gifting department) in the multi media presentation... this visual representation of all the places one could vacation in and outside the US is a quick reference point to those who might not be familiar where certain cities mentioned verbally or indicated via writing in the presentation are. Other than that, job very well done!!
Appreciated the fact that staff was not too "pushy"in persuading us to purchase the update. eventhough we were financially ready. Also gave us an extra bonus week.
