Very inviting, helpful.
I think the presenter was excellent. I am disappointed that it was not affordable for me to join. More disappointed that the won vacation cannot be used right away. My 13 year old was glad she could finally go to Disney. She was hurt that we may not go because school will be starting.
The Staff was Excellent

Nice place but your company is useless at letting people know what to bring...I cannot understand how you run a company but do not know what is onsite. Riduculas!
Staff was friendly and respectful.
Nice room, pools, beach, people! Food was a bit expensive $65 per person per day for the quality. Although some of the restaurants we're very good a few all you can eat restaurants we're just ok. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hard to get to know the resort as it is so big but you figure it out after a few days.
