The house was updated and clean. The only problem was the hot water wasn’t working properly. We made it thru the week but with mostly cold showers.
The place was wonderful. Plenty of space and off the beaten track. but acceptable to the beach and boardwalk.
Everything was great. First time ever using this and it was very nice ed as t the Quay in O.C. . I still don't understand the fee for a second bedroom when the salesperson said to ask for the biggest place because it was the same price. Disappointed with that. But the place was nice.
I had such a fabulous time in Phoenix Arizona! The condo and resort community were top notch and the views were spectacular. I feel so fortunate to be a member of the TAN family!
Clean, updated residence. Staff was polite and responded to our requests in a timely fashion.
Our meeting was pleasant. Mike was very friendly, gracious, and nice. He was well aware that we traveled a lot and knew what our package contained but informed us of new options should we so choose to take them.

Our unit was very nice. Not without minor flaws. There was a problem at check-in, however it was completely taken care of by whom ever was on customer service duty that night. Thanks. On another topic, when I was signing up with Travel Advantage, I was told that you were bringing on a property in Dunedin Fl. That was just a lie! My question is, with all of the properties in St. Pete, why can't you provide us with at least one. Lord knows, you have no problem finding places all up and down the east coast.
