My experience with Sundance was very exciting and your staff was very polite and professional and I was very surprised to find out how much I could save on vacation with Sundance but unfortunately at this time I wasn't" able to seal the deal , but I'm looking forward to doing business with Sundance real soon so I would like to thank you .
Good program but i didn't buy the VIP plan. If there was a plan to convert my existing weeks to VIP weeks i would have paid extra to upgrade.

Everyone was very nice and professional
Very nice place. Disappointed in resort fees. We completely missed two days (due to traveling), yet still had to pay the fees for those dates.
