I Anise Moten and my guest Eugenia Belcher with whom I will be taking a trip with we’re not notified of a sales pitch upon receiving our package. Not that it made a difference I believe it would of been better if notified in advance. The representative was very good and funny interesting. Very delightful.
I enjoyed my vacation in general and have no complaints about the customer service itself. I feel the building was a bit dated. We were on vacation at the Jersey shore and it would've been nice for the company to provide sheets, towels, tissues, dish soap, etc. I feel like the yearly service fee should cover services like that for what they cost. I belong to other time shares (RCI) and they provide much more in their units. I also find it frustrating that it is so difficult to book the properties at the Jersey Shore. The... read more

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and very nice! The presentation was delivered well and easily understandable. Unfortunately, it just isn't in our financial budget at this time to take advantage of the promotion.
