Our vacation rental was nice. It would be helpful to know some of the parking regulations prior to being smacked with a $5 or $10 parking fee to go to the beach. (I don’t remember the exact amount, my husband parked the truck each time but the first time we had to go back to get money to pay to park.) Nice upgraded unit in a beautiful location. Only complaint was we couldn't find the Wifi password until I called the help number and my ID badge wasn't activated when it was given to me so I had to go into the office to get it fixed.
Easy check in and check out. Everything was as expected.
Woodfield Manor was a lovely, quiet, restful vacation site in the Poconos. It was the second time we vacationed there. There are ample things to do in the area and a fine restaurant on site that serves only dinner, unfortunately. (Their baker does a terrific job!).
The place was very nice. Did have a problem with the ac on Monday and Tuesday but the thermostat was replaced and no issues after that!
It was a great time, although there were a few negatives, not enough to distract from the overall good time I had

Sales rep was very friendly, professional and had an easy no pressure conversation
Experienced problems checking-in at the resort. Called TAN representative, she seemed to be more concerned with understanding that it was a resort issue vs TAN than she was with helping me feel satisfied with a solution
