The place has a great location and was very clean . Was wonderful having a full size washer/dryer. Unfortunately the mattresses had plastic covers that were all torn on all the beds. The mattresses are long past needing to be replaced. Patio furniture was a let down. The plastic Adirondack chairs left white marks on who ever sat on them.
This was my third year. Love the heated pool and unit 21. The grounds and landscaping is welcoming and serene. Best kept secret in the Poconos.
The condo was clean, and nice. All appliances was up to date. The place was small, but I chose the one bedroom. Next year I will be sure to choose a house instead.
Kitchen pots and pans need to be updated used very hard plus no measuring cup no ice cream scooper need more things like a real kitchen
We had a great time and used the in-ground pool everyday. My family nearby came practically every night we were there and just had an around good time.
Loved the condo unit! Loved the location! Really enjoyed the view of the bay from the balcony.

The place was great, this was our first time to Hilton Head and will absolutely be back. The one down side is the distance to picking up the key from the lock box but other than that it was a great experience.
The property is beautiful. Ample parking, many on site amenities. Loved being able to get up in the morning and just walk out on a nice clean beach and watch the sunrise. The restaurant is 5 Star dinning. Every meal that we had there was superb. We had a lovely time with the exception of a few hiccups. We had a flooding issue due to a thunderstorm and I called client services and was informed that someone would call to take care of the flooding once the storm ended but no one came.
