The condo we stayed in was very nice, but the washer didn't work and wasn't repaired because they replacing the next week. I don't think your representatives were honest about what was going on with the washer.

Check in was a nightmare with only 2 or 3 elevators working in the towers. Did like the view from the 14th floor.
The property in the Poconos is very nice but most are sub standard. I would not recommend
Spent a week at the Grandview in Las Vegas. The staff was nice and so was the suite but it’s quite a distance to the strip or any sites in town. To top it off, there were fees associated with any sort of shuttle to the strip, grocery store and even the airport! I had to rent a car for the week just to get around at considerable cost to myself.

Place was average. Some things could have been updated. We had trouble getting in door with lock, there was wifi but no password located anywhere. Everytime I called customer service there they woman i spoke to seemed very agitated i called for things.
