The place was great.
Pre-planning, check in, check out, all good experiences. Room was clean, but the a/c unit was extremely loud, enough to interrupt sleep; also, room was musty which made all of our clothes damp.
Everything was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more.
Very good experience learned alot about vacationing
The resot was very nice and clean, however the condo we stay in was dirty - the entryway floors had to be cleaned by us- we bought a swiffer to clean the floor. We also used the sweeper in the facility to vacuum the carpets. The ceiling fans were dusty and dirty as were the window sills in the small porch. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness
We arrived with all the information needed to gain entry into the gated condo community. The grounds were well maintained and the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit had everything needed for our week stay. There was a very nice pool, hot tub, grill area with covered patio very close to our unit and everyone that we spoke with was very friendly. Kayaking and hiking were done in day trips and we did an overnight at The Grand Canyon (4 1/2 hr. drive) stopping on the way back to Phoenix in Sedona (1 1/2 hrs. north of Phoenix) for the day. This was and is an excellent opportunity for all that are interested in vacationing with no hassle. The staff are very courteous, cordial and friendly. They know their product well. And are very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to get away and save money at the same time.
The Beaver Village property was clean, well equipped and in a great location. We brought our son, his wife and their two small kids, and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the indoor pool.
Amazing company with down to earth staff. I would definitely recommend sundance vacations to anyone that would like to travel.
