Very efficient and courteous
The room was nice but it was too noisy with the people and their children coming and going or just standing in the hallway outside our door talking and the children running around upstairs.
Love it the room was beautiful the whole resort was beautiful the people treated us kindly one of the best vacation I took
We recently stayed at The Summit in Gatlinburg, TN. The condo was decent & convenient to what we wanted to do there. However, aside from the carpet that needs to be replaced or cleaned very well, laminate flooring that needs to be fixed & some ants that were on the all over the table due to food not being cleaned up properly, we had one major issue. The water pipes above our shower in the master bathroom were leaking (would assume for quite some time) finally made the ceiling so weak that it fell into our bathtub just minute... read more
Fantastic honeymoon vacation spot! From the condo location and condition to the concierge service and the activities/excursions, we've been home only four days and are already trying to figure out when we can return!
It was me and my family's first Sundance Vacation. From booking our vacation at The Villas in Seven Dwarfs Resort over the phone, Checking in, Enjoying our 1 week wonderful staycation to Checking out. Everything was wonderful! Customer service and staff were very helpful and professional. Place is very clean, No bugs! I love that each unit has it's own washer and dryer! Pigeon Forge, TN featured a very nice log cabin in a great location close to a wide variety of fun activities from horse back riding, hiking the Appalachian Trail, to state of the art 4D experiences and laser tag facilities.
Overall we have had no isdues with any of the vacations. Units are clean and usually located in the areas close to everything. Only drawback is the inability to take family pets.
We really enjoyed the Yacht Club at Aventura for our Miami vacation! We had to drive most places, but would have paid so much more to have a venue like that on closer to the beach. The onsite pool was a nice feature. Security was a little bit of pain....but we felt very safe! My sister says she would definitely re-book this place. We had a great vacation here....thanks!
