Our week started off rough with a room that wasn't so nice. We only stayed one night in that room thanks to the TAN representative that was there. Her name was Gayle and she saw to it we were moved to a nice room with a view. We truly cannot thank her enough. After that moment, we had a wonderful weekend our stay was great. Thank you.
TAN always offers a nice spot "to call home" while on vacation. The Eagles Nest outside of Branson was our spot for a week. We had stayed in this complex twice before while vacationing there. The unit we occupied this time however showed signs of wear. The wooden steps outside were very worn, and as we are now older, became more of a challenge than on previous visits.
