We really enjoyed our trip to The Myrtle Beach Resort-Five Seasons! We wish we were a little closer to the beach, however, we didn’t realize the building we booked the room in was the furthest from the beach. Overall, great amenities and service!

I like the deal I got with Sundance vacation. I'm upset that they invite me in for a visit to tell me about the VIP for Sundance since I have not used my vacation. Let me try it out to see how I like the hotels then invite me in to see if I like to buy in for the VIP
After picking up my late arrival envelope we arrived at the property at 12:30am. The access code did not work. After a customer service agent tried repeatedly to reset the code we still could not unlock the door. She had to call a technician to come out to help us. The battery in the lock was dead. He replaced the battery and reset the lock, and finally after waiting on the balcony at the property for over an hour we finally got into the room, tired and unhappy. The blinds in the Master bedroom were not functional. Rod to open and close was propped up against the wall. No broiler pan so we had to buy a makeshift pan/pans to broil our steaks. Could hear the people above us walking and talking every morning. Carpets could use cleaning. The knob on the closet door in the Master bedroom is stripped. CD player under TV does not close so it is not usable.
The vacation overall was lovely. However, the property was sub-par at best. Should certainly not be considered a VIP unit.
Location of Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is great, however, the unit was lacking in a few ways making it not the best location for traveling, especially if flying so you can't pack a ton of extras that the unit doesn't have, like enough towels and dishwasher soap.
