Vacationed in Hilton Head (Breakers) overall I had a great experience, but there were a few issues with the unit. 1) The plumbing in the bathroom had to be fixed and was done promptly and correctly. 2) I had an issue with the cable TV provider and had to spend an hour on the phone to resolve it. Other than that the Vacation was awesome!!
Everything was good, a little bothered by the bugs being on the first floor, bur overall good. Thanks
The room was very clean I was pleasantly surprised. However I wish I had been informed that you had to bring your own toiletries and had to empty your own trash. It’s not a big deal I think first time visitors should be made aware so they can be equipped.
The Branson area is full of wonderful things to see and do. Golf, bike, shows, dining, and sight seeing kept us busy. The people of the area are hard working friendly patriotic Americans. Most shows ended with either a tribute to veterans or to our wonderful country. This is the land of gratitude not the land of entitlement.
My husband and I checked out the Myrtle Beach Resort that your company boasted about. We were not impressed at all. We were told we couldnt being our service dog and we had to "climb" three flights of stairs and walk to the other end of the resort to get to our room and.... We had to pay for our laundry to get washed. The room smelled like cig smoke and i have cancer, so... No i was not crazed about the resort and most certainly will never go back.
We had a great time at the resort. The accommodations and the amenities were just as explained in the description. We will definitely be looking to book again at another Sundance resort.
The whole process to book was easy and this was my first trip. There was no problems getting into room, and everything worked fine in the rooms. The weather just sucked right now at the beach in Md
