Friendly, personable and professional.staff. Prefer a more private area to meet with reps. Lack of any options to Europe was a problem for our family.
I was nervous walking in but then Ray came to greet me and made me so comfortable right away. He didn’t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable at all because of my financial situation! He is very professional, friendly and great at his job! He made the experience great. I wish I could afford the packages! It is a great program and opportunity but I’m single and support my self living paycheck to paycheck and Ray definitely understood that and didn’t make me uncomfortable at all. Didn't feel pressured, or taunted. Was great hospitality, and really offered affordable prices. Every one was patient and did not make us feel ambushed.
