Great idea
The presentation was easy to understand. Everyone was upfront and honest. There were many options and there was a package for every budget.
Our experience at Sundance Vacation it was very interesting everything that you had to offer sounded great. You could not beat the prices for all the vacations that you were offering but you just happened to catch us at a very bad time financially. I wish we did not have as many bills as we do it would have been nice if you could have told us over the phone what it was all about and then I could have got like some of my family members to pitch in the money and we could of went ahead and bought a package plan. It was a good offer. Very nice people...but for saying it wasn't a timeshare...we were kept there and pitched by 3 different people. I know this is your process..but it was unnecessary after we discussed that were happy with the vacation ownership that we have. I could see the value of your program though.
Very informative presentation. Customer service was good, a little pushy but nothing too unbearable. Great product just didn’t fit with my needs and availability at this current time. Certainly a good deal.
