They were wonderful. Was refreshing it wasn't the usual horrible hard-sell presentation. Presenter was pretty entertaining
They were very friendly and helpful. They understood us on a personal level. They were not pushy, which I liked. I will definitely consider them in the near future.

The associate was friendly, asked all the right questions to find out who we are and how we vacation, he presented the product, which speaks for itself and he was wasn't to pushy. The manager was also friendly, courteous and not to pushy.
