I went there this past sat (1/4/2020) cause i filled out a thing at the 2019 Bloomsburg Fair an they picked me. I was meet by Mike at the door. I filled out my paperwork, then sat through Mikes presentation. Then Jasmine took me back to her table/desk and help me pick what i wanted. When they told me what the down payment was i was gonna walk away with just my prize but she went and got Mike and he helped me out lots and i got a vacation package im very very happy with

My interaction with the staff of your Pittsburg Monroeville Mall Sundance location was quite pleasurable. I was greeted promptly upon my arrive by the receptionist and checked in. The presentation was informative. Bobby, the person who did the follow up presentations displayed a very good knowledge of the info he was covering and not only allowed time for questions but stopped to make sure I understood what he was covering. I didn't quite know what to expect. I knew there would be some sort of sales pitch and it was quite effective without being overbearing. Our presentation and our individual representative were both personable and accommodating. The supervisor was also friendly. Everyone respectfully understood my decision not to purchase at this time (even though the value is reasonable) while adusting the pitch to be more appealing.
