The presenter Gerard was awesome. The sales person Justin was great too. I didn't expect to like what they were offering as much as I did. I wasn't in a position to purchase, as I recently opened my own business. However, everyone was kind and respectful despite that. It took a little long of a wait to receive my gifts, but I left with the vacation and tablet in hand. I will look to use Sundance Vacation in the future.
Did very well! I think it would have been better if they explained the deals on timeshares prior to making the appointment for the presentation so that you can be prepared! However, received a free trip and a tablet! Thank you!
The presentation was great! Gerard was very sincere The concept is an excellent one. Just doesn't fit our time in life and our travel habits. If we were younger and your company did Europe and/or the Middle East we would be on board. Your staff is friendly, helpful and all around "happy". The experience was pleasant. You have successfully convinced my wife and I that you guys are the best way to travel. it's actually affordable for us. Also Raymond was very professional and made us feel comfortable.
The presentation was done very explanatory and was very interested in the pkg. We are sorry that timing played in our part financially unable to purchase. I did explain if it would of been Two weeks later we could have done it. The one part that was disappointing was not known ahead what to expected or we would have planned it to work. Thank you
