The presentation was well put together. I did not appreciate the constant "new deals" presented. I would rather have all options presented to us to begin with, give us some time to talk, and then come back to it. We ended up buying the last option because that fit our family well; but we could have been there an hour less (with an active toddler, mind you) than we were. Give the options up front, ask which one sounds the best, and then work from there to see where a solution can be found.
It was a good presentation howwver it unreasonable to expect the average American family to show up and be financially able to spend 15k to 20k on 20 to 30 vacations per year, who really is able to take that time off from work...I will need to see how my air and hotel package turns out to be...i look forward howver am concerned regarding the Orlando properties...Seems like,this program is,for either wealthy or retired folks with an income.
It was great how they work with you, and how many great memories they help you create with your family.

A wonderful presentation
I think the presenter did very well with informing us about the products and the value. The other staff were very helpful as well.
Everyone was great. No high pressure selling. They understood when we said it just was not a good time financially. The didn't treat us like we were less than human and weren't worth their time. They actually gave us a good feeling, so that if financially down the road we could approach them.
Everyone was very polite. Laura was great and very informative about what Sundance had to offer us!!!😊
