Not bad
I didn't understand how to book at first so I called and this one nice customer service rep gave me his name and extension so I could call back if I had any questions. I did have one so I called back and he answered the question so I understood and made my reservation for me. I called more than one time but everyone else was not answering my question
My experience was good. The staff was awesome... hopefully I can become a member in the near future.
The only problem we had was we were suppose to catch or plane leaving Philadelphia at 5:30pm The plane was late. We did not bord the plane until 9:30pm We did not get to Orlando until 12:00 midnite. We all most missed our car rental. Just total chaos. We did not get to the resort until 1:00am. It through the whole vacation off. I felt like we missed the whole day because we had to regroup.
The informational meeting was great. Wish I didn't have to drive from Virginia to PA but it was worth it. I learned so much. I wish someone would call me that way I can get on a payment plan.
Great place the lodgings were excellent and staff was great
The representatives were very nice and personable. The experience and organizing as well as booking the trip was easy. However, the wait time was 42 minutes and should be improved.
Accommodations were fantastic. Resort very nice. Did not care for Costa Rica. Would not go back to visit there.
