I got exactly what I expected
We were disappointed we could not use the split week option for July and August after signing up for VIP. Talked to Mary from main office (?) and she was very accommodating and helped us.

we been members for over 12 years and don't get to use it as much as we like we must of used it over 14 times and every stay was great. the only thing I wish was they had some dog friendly resorts

my last trip was to Vegas. it was great! My first time there...casinos, hiking, sight seeing! cant wait to go back!
Good, but I had problems on 2 vacation, and it seemed like no one didn't care.
Everything went very smoothly from the moment I booked it through our last day when we checked out. I appreciated the correspondence directly to the property, restaurant reviews, the quick check in and check out process. Property was beautiful indside & out. Also felt very safe & secure. Can't wait for my next adventure!
All the rooms was nice and clean everything was in good condition and when I called maintenance they came on time
