We had a wonderful experience. Venessa was wonderful and so patient. We did end up with a package. But it wouldn't have happened if the staff wasn't super nice and very compassionate about our situation. I am very happy.
I felt pressured to purchase when I wasn't financially ready. I have bigger priorities than vacations. After saying no about 8 times, they finally got the hint. Also, I was told over the phone it would be finished and I could go home within an hour. That ended up being 30 minutes late and I was one of the first people to leave. It is hard to say if it was worth the prize I got.
