Excellent
We thought the vacation program plan outlined by Sundance vacation was great. The smaller packages of 10 vacations have r so, are what sounded more suitable to us. Although, we are currently not in a position to partner in the same, would definitely look forward to vacation packages in future years abd will talk of our experience with family and friends. The staff, Jimmy and team, were quite friendly, elaborate and helpful to us.

Everything went well for the most part, and look forward to taking my 3 day trip soon. I'm even considering purchasing one of the vacation bundles (even though I already own two timeshares, and have been a RCI member since 2007). However the only thing I didn't appreciate was Nick coming up to me after he did the presentation. Asking me to delete some photos I took of the presentation just so I could show my boyfriend (since I knew I wouldn't of gotten any package regarding all the information nick told us, and my boyfriend... read more
The whole team was awesome! Everyone was very nice, explained every detail, and answered all of our questions.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff explained details perfectly. Enjoyed our visit.
