Everyone we spoke with was very kind and informing and not pressuring at all.
I was sole from the first presentation...the rep worked with me to make this all possible for me. I do not regret slipping on the snow..walking through the snow and getting lost in the king of Prussia ,mall until I was able to find the location on the day of my appointment..i got frustrated and decided to turn away...but was swayed to keep going until I found the place....it was worth it!!!
The concept was great two rooms and the resort was top quality

While we are unable at this time to take advantage of the Sundance Vacation offer, our experience with everyone was very positive. The presentation by Amanda was excellent. Luis Chavez could not have been nicer and more thorough in his explanation of the possible options available. We greatly appreciated his efforts, along with his manager, Kyle, to make things work for us. The office manager was also helpful.
