Very welcoming and explained things well and made things easy to understand.
OK. Would like it if you guys would get to the point quicker. Time is money and there aren't enough hrs in the day as is.
Very professional and enjoyable experience. Don't know how much we will use this so time will tell. We do look forward to giving it a try. There are several destinations we hope to do a first time visit.

Truly enjoyed it. The accommodations and view was outstanding. Very helpful with access to the unit. I will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.
We have been going to the same unit on Hilton head Island for the past 2 yrs. When we were told that the unit was under renovations, Laura B. helped to facilitate getting us into the unit . It was remodeled and very nice. We appreciate the efforts she and the staff made to get the work completed so that we could stay there. We had great weather and a lovely time

acapulco was great but we did have a problem finding our accomadation it was 7 miles from the airport but it took us 1 1/2 hours to locate it there is no sign for Mayan Palace everything says Vidanti and we were never told about this, we were very stressed by the time we reached the resort
