Charlie out of the Monroeville, PA office was amazing. So friendly and Funny and not pushy. I felt like we could have talked for hours. She has a real ability to connect with people and keeps it real! It got me think about it if you go on 4 vacation in 10 years at 4,000 a trip you just gave up 28 vacation trip you get 32 for 15,000 its a deal
From the moment we entered the building, we were treated like VIPS! We were very impressed with the overall quality and layout of the floor. We approached the receptionist, Allison, who greeted us so warmly and inviting. She took our information and gave us a questionnaire to fill out. We sat down in extremely comfortable chairs. Excellent service once the presentation was over. The receptionist was a little rude and very evasive with my friend who escorted me to the office. I did not appreciate her demeanor. The presenter was good. I just didnt understand his referencing the fact that its not a time share when it resembled the characteristics of a timeshare. But it was a good presentation overall.
Pushy, but understandably so when you're giving gifts.
Agent was courteous took his time to explain the areas that I didn't understand my visit with Sundance was pleasant I will recommend a friend
