Enjoyed the 3 places you arranged for us in 2016. All were good.
Diamond Transportation was the only transportation company that would take us from the Savanna airport to the resort door. the other ones would require an extra $20 and extra time for an extra taxi. Perhaps you could do something to help us with this problem.

When my husband and I arrived we were pleasantly greeted by Cassie. Afterwhich, we filled out the form Cassie gave us. Shortly thereafter, we were taken into a room for a presentation that was brilliantly directed by Kyle. We were impressed at how Kyle didn't just talk at us, he talked to us and included us by asking us questions all during his very interesting presentation. Very good
I did not have the same person I usually had for booking my vacation through my own fault. I still had no problem with booking my vacation. I was also surprised to learn I had a choice of floors this year. I will try to book sooner next year to get a VIP room. I wish VIP could all get early check-in times.

When I was at Snow Ridge it would have been a help to have a list of info such as the wifi password where it would be easy to find
