They insisted WiFi would cost an additional $40 a week so we had to wait 2 days until the manager arrived on Monday. We told her about our VIP status and said we'd call TAN Headquarters and raise he'll if we didn't get it free, so she relented and gave it to us. Aside from no walk through the apartment to show things at check in, everything has been great. Love the remodel!

Our condo in Naples was beautiful And comfortable. We needed extra Towels and they were delivered As promised. Rooms were clean and spacious! Great service at a beautiful location!
