I'm quite satisfied and happy with my vacation membership. I like the convenience of looking online but truly appreciate the care and professionalism I receive when connecting with a representative. My only complaint concerns the sometimes inconvenience of acquiring keys and checking in at a remote (40 minutes away!!) location. This is especially annoying when the staff are inflexible, for no good reason. Also, it's bad PR for your company when I'm traveling with friends.
This week in South Carolina was a gift to my daughter for her honeymoon. They had a fabulous time and the accomadations were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

I thought all the people were great professionals, that explained everything well. It was unfortunate that you didn't have anything available for travel in Europe.
Had a great time the weather was awesome
The overall presentation was great...the staff was professional in every aspect.... Loved the sales strategy of using beautiful woman to sell.....it always work.
Friendly and helpful. When we couldn't figure out the fireplace someone cw over quickly and helped us out.
It was a great experience excellent people just not in our budget right now
My family and I have enjoyed the past couple years traveling through plan with tan. We choose a lot of vacations through excess inventory and have had great times at extremely reasonable prices!
