Vacationing made easy!
Excellent presentation and explanation of what the packages offer.
Everything was great. The only thing that I would have to say is to keep a broom and a mop in the apartment. We called to ask for both and we did get a broom but we're told they don't keep mops inside the apartments. We dropped a bottle of orange soda in the kitchen and there was nothing to clean it with. We had to go buy towels and wipes to clean up. Another thing was that we were locked out twice on different occasions and had to call both times to get help but in the middle of both calls, the door unlocked as we kept tryi... read more
Love our vacations with TAN!! Great units - great service!!
only draw back was having booked two units in Maui and having to move to another unit after a week and the people in our first unit then moved to an upstairs unit, made no sense for us to move, they could have gone into our second unit for a week and my people could have stayed in the original unit.
The presentation and kindness of everyone involved was really great and impressive.
Wonderful accommodations for family getaways
I was able to book the units I needed for our summer vacation the date I wanted.
