The hygienist got my 2 year old daughter’s hair twisted in the equipment and she screamed out in pain. We ended up having to cut off a big chunk of it. The hygienist tried to brush it off like it was no big deal. Then we waited over 30 minutes for the dentist. When we brought it up with the dentist, she was very condescending and didn’t take our concerns seriously.
