HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After getting quotes from 7 different companies, I couldn’t be happier with my solar project completed by SunPower by Precis. I telephoned Sun Power by Précis and made an agreement on November 22, 2019 to install a 18,467 kWh system for $44,733.60. Tim Marquez was the salesman representing SunPower by Précis. As a retired contractor, I asked Mr. Marquez, if the installer's would be performing a load capacity test of my pool and pond pumps because I wanted to make sure that the system would off-set my energy's demand. They installed on my year old roof 2 years ago and it leaked ever since, i just paid 6000 out of pocket to get my roof replaced because of them. My parents went with Sunrun 2 months ago and the process was quality seamless and fully transparent.
If I could get this company a 0 stars I would , it’s been about well over a month and they cannot send out someone to check what’s wrong with my solar panels, since they have been turn on by IID they haven’t been working, the panels keep tripping the breaker. My home is a new build and we purchase are panels and no one not even builder , roofing company or sun power are able to fix it . At this point I need to get my money back for those panels that are not working !
December 2023 Update: Precis installed a faulty inverter on our home. When the inverter goes down, there is a red light that turns on in the garage. However, there are no other indicators other than logging into our SCE bill and seeing we owe hundreds in electricity. When this happens, I call Precis. They take a few days to a week or more to send a tech out. In the meantime, our family incurs the cost of electricity.
