Rude receptionist Very rude and unprofessional staff. Receptionists are always nasty and in a bad mood. Dr Giuliani is very rude and have no patience for his patients. Billing department are also very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there again.
Waste of time!!!! I went there in Dec for the initial intake and got the typical x-rays and a plan of action regarding what needed root canals and crowns. The first step was extractions which I had to go elsewhere for. By the time all that work was approved and done I returned to this office today 2/28/19. I spoke to them over a week ago to confirm we would start with repairing the broken front tooth. I called the day before to reconfirm it was the front tooth. RUDE RECEPTIONIST i tried to become a new client of this place when i called today at 1/23/19 the women who answered was extremely rude, she had terrible telephone costumer service skills and gave me ZERO information.she told me i wouldn't even be able to come in until June. Didn't ask for my name or anything just wanted me to get of the phone with her because i guess i bothered her with my phone call.
Visit I went to the office with my daughter because she was unclear and unsure about certain things and so was I . The dentist clarified and was very nice. Dental cleaning was scheduled for May and they had a cancellation and they quickly fit her in.
Need sensitivity training I did not have a very good Hygenist experience at our appointment last week. The hygienist was rude to my son telling him how disgusting his mouth was and did he want to eat what she cleaned out. Also stating if he had a girl friend he wouldn’t have one after seeing his mouth. She then told the dentist a rude comment and told my daughter at the end to teach her brother how to brush better out in the middle of the waiting room in front of other patients.
