From the first phone call to a follow up call post surgery the staff & Dr Kim were professionally friendly, informative & supportive. They were very clear about my insurance coverage and my costs outside of insurance… no surprises! I dreaded this procedure and all went well thanks to Dr. Kim and crew!
I had lost faith in ever finding a good dental office again but I am totally astonished at the service I received from this office. From the minute you step into the office door, you are treated with such care from their amazing team. Dr. Kim and his Assistants are all exceptionally welcoming and treat you with such respect. Dr Kim and his friendly staff have always made me feel so comfortable and safe. I’ve under gone several surgeries and I’m so satisfied with the results. I’ve improved my looks, my confidence and I now feel especially pleased, that I treated myself and I have receive so many compliments on how natural these procedures look If you have been waiting for that certain age, to start your treatments (don’t wait, there are so many subtle things you can do to make you look your best) Your Worth it!!!!!
I had an appointment Trent to check for problem with my tongue. Fortunately, it had healed. Dr Kim could have ordered many unnecessary tests but didn’t. I appreciate his honesty. I’ve had similar issues with my tongue over the years but they needed a biopsy which was always ok.
Not so timely when I visited, I guess it was very busy but anyway the Dr. got the job done well,he had to pull 2 wisdom teeth and an extra cracked tooth,so I want to thank him,may mouth is better a week and a half out.
I've had a couple of procedures and Dr. Kim and staff are top notch. Professional and caring. They answer questions. They follow up. I seldom wait beyond my appointment time.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim because he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The procedure was painless, and the staff made sure you felt comfortable.
I was very happy whith the staff and Dr. Kim. They put you at ease and did everything possible to make you comfortable during the process. I have already told 5 people about Dr, Kim and that I would definitely recommend him!
