Great facility and staff
Most staff was pleasant. My discharge planner was very nice to me.
Everything was good. The only negative thing was the mix up of days I was leaving. Never really had a problem.
I was allowed to stay for 25 days (30 is the projected program length). I felt heard and supported by medical and clinical staff. This was my first time in an inpatient rehab setting and I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I really appreciated Amanda (Counselor), Irene(Discharge Planner), Marcine (RX nurse), Kaitlin (TA), Doreen (Clinician) and Mia (TA) for all of the additional support throughout my time here at Sunrise.
needs major updating to the building
Coming into the facility last Friday I did not know what to expect as this was my first time attending any type of treatment for my addiction. The staff was super friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I was not left to fend for myself, help was always available 24/7. As for the detox process itself, my biggest concern coming in was how much suffering I would need to go thru as I have quit on my own before and it was a miserable experience.
