This office is all about numbers, trying to see as many patients possible while rushing thru services. They do not care about their patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Working in the medical field myself for an extensive time... I would NEVER ask a patient to pay before their actual appointment to make sure “they show up” or bad mouth one person due to ONE no show over 3 years ago. Also, in my experience if you need dental work done and it is spread over 4 appointments- you pay for each appointment separately after work is completed. Not in this case, the only option given was to pay everything up front. Mind you, this is $1200 of dental work. Unless it is surgery you should never have to ... read more
The staff and dentist are super sweet and helpful. We were new to the area and because of the great reviews we thoughts we would love it here. We had an exceptional dentist where We lived before and as much as I wished all pediatric dentists were like that, I know they aren't. My girls are picky about the flavor of toothpaste and they didn't like what sunset had and instead of taking a minute to calm my girls down, they tried to just get thru it so they could stop.
