RecommendedThis was our first campground after we bought our first MH. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very well taken care of and the bathrooms were clean and well stock. The pool and hot tub was clean and in good shape. The lake was beautiful and the Saturday night bonfire and entertainment was enjoyable. Thanks for a great weekend!
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously, the only reason I didn't give five stars is because we couldn't use our kayak in the lake. The lake was absolutely gorgeous but completely filled with trees just below the waterline, we found out the hard way but we were able to rock the kayak off the tree without flipping over. All in all this is a very well maintained camp, I would recommend it to family and friends!
We stayed 3 nights Labor day weekend and had a wonderful time!! Our little boy loved fishing off the pier, he caught his first catfish!! The pool was a big hit with him and myself as well! Everyone was so friendly and even served BBQ with sides for lunch on Sunday at no cost for Labor day!! We already have plans to visit again soon!!
We loved our visit to Sunset King RV Resort! The staff was extremely friendly and the campers, residents and short-termers like us, were very friendly and helpful. The choice of amenities was excellent...from the exercise room, fishing boats for use on the lake, swimming pool, sewing room, fully stocked kitchen, game room with books and movies, church service on Sunday, pavilion for group gatherings...the list goes on and on. We have just started camping and this was our first time at this camping site. We enjoyed everything about it . We went to church on Sunday and the Pastor did a wonderful job with his sermon. We enjoyed all the activities and the lunch Sunday was wonderful. We will be back again to visit soon . Thanks to all the staff for making it an enjoyable weekend.
From the moment you drive in, you feel like family. Everyone is friendly, beautiful grounds, lots of activities, quiet and very clean. We're new to the SKP's club which made the super affordable rate even better.
It is a beautiful place, a place 2 relax just what the doctor ordered!
My husband and I found this place about 15 years ago, We still keep going back because it is such a lovely place to relax and get in some well deserved RnR
