Our pool experience with Sunset Pools was fantastic! Taylor did a wonderful job of listening to our wish list and bringing the vision to life with a beautiful design. She also did a great job in guiding us through the selection process. She has been around the pool industry her whole life and it shows. Great company. We worked with Kevin Knott, he made the process sound easy. It was with a talented team behind him. Tori Pool, their scheduling person, kept us informed. We we’re excited every day of the build to see what else they would do. They use an app to keep their clients informed and it is absolutely fabulous. Would I’ve done something different? Sunset Pools was fantastic to work with! The team was professional & communicated every step of the way! Our pool, deck, pergola & landscape came out exactly how it was agreed upon. Even when there were a few “road blocks” the team worked through it & got it done! Amazing group! We use our pool & backyard every day, we are thrilled!
We just had our second pool built by Sunset and it was another wonderful experience, from design through to completion. Kirstie is so creative with the design, working with the space you have, using computer graphics to show exactly what is possible. Robin and Tori were wonderful to work with, keeping us updated with the schedule and responding to all questions quickly. We could not be happier with our pool. After long due diligence researching local pool builders it was clear how much Sunset stood out. Their products, process, craftsmanship, designs, and friendliness were always best in class. From our designer Kevin, to our project scheduler Tori, to our project manager Will our needs and questions were always addressed like we were part of the family. We highly recommend Sunset!
Very satisfied with outcome. Kevin the designer tuned in on needs and desires and delivered better than expected. Communication and follow up is good. Very few hiccups but easy resolutions. Our project was turn key and we very much appreciate the professional treatment and service.
We are very happy with our new pool. Sunset pool Team is very professional, office facilities are extremely well cared and modern. The process from the beginning was very well explained and they were always there when we had questions. The technology using screenlogic to control the pool using the smartphone is the top of the line. I Sincerely recommend SUNSET POOLS.
Sunset pools did an amazing job on our project. We looked at many other companies and Sunset was by far the nicest, most welcoming place with reasonable pricing!
