I recently had solar panels installed and from the quote to the install, the process has been smooth. My rep Matthew ********* is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He was able to answer all my questions and I would definitely recommend him to anyone curious about solar panels. SunVena, also being a roofing company was very competent at installing the panels and can even be used when a new roof is required so that's always a bonus. I'm very happy with how this process has gone. A+!
My experience with Sunvena was a very good one. They were very patient with me as I looked at other options. Martin and Santiago were excellent. The 2 guys that Martin sent to advertise were also very good. Thank you all.
Jeremy was great! He was very knowledgeable and patient, he would answer questions even after work hours or weekends. The install team was on-time and did a great install. The whole process was easy and so far we love our solar panels.
The SunVena staff and crews were very professional and courteous. Each group generated solutions to unplanned contingencies throughout the process as needed. Through out the project, we were kept well informed and up to date on all stages of the process.
Cole was super informative and instal team was good, great benefits and good services.
The experience throughout the entire process has been A+. Starting with the initial call and meeting Haines ******* to discuss the process. The permit took sometime but wasn't SunVena's fault, it was issues with Brevard and Titusville transferring the title. Install was quick and completed in a timely manner. Work crew were polite and professional. Waiting on the county inspector to come by and certify the system.
