The whole process was very good. Had not problems. One thing we really like is how easy it was to get ahold of. Jeremy. He is an excellent contact support person. He is quick to answer calls and messages and get back with you and stays in contact with you. It was also easy to get in contact with Sunvena when you have a question. Daniel ******** was the salesperson for my system. He was very detailed in his explanation. Also very patient while I read through the 20 plus pages of the contract. I appreciated his attention to all details and my future plans for my home. I really like the fact that you all are a roofing company as well.
