Friendly staff I have found superannuation advice staff are always friendly an easy to talk too, have never had an issue with asking for help or advice with anything ive asked about when on the phone, this afternoons call with rob was helpful an im extremely happy with all service.

Great service and financial advice I had my first annual review phone call with Felix and Matthew this morning. Both Felix and Matthew were helpful, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. They have clarified / answered the questions that I have and offered other services which I was not aware of and may consider using in the near future. Matthew provided an update on how my super fund went in the last 11 months that I have been with Superannuation Advice Australia. Overall, I'm happy with the progress, even though the market is not doing too well in the current situation we are all in at moment. Matthew provided sound advice on how I could improve my super for the next 12 months, which I will now consider.
