Stay away from these pack of theives. Do nothing but drain your super with fees. Set you up with the worst performing super. They don't even get one star from me. Wasted three years and no growth. They are great con artists and very convincing. All lies. Stay away from them.....
Been with them for a few years now started great but I can't even stand to take there calls now charge a fortune and can't do things needed to be done even when they pointed it out did half a job class them as a scam now high rates poor performance was better without them
I have tried making contact for 4 days straight with leaving details but no return obviously this is not a sign of good customer service so I wonder what advice and help they can offer probably should stay clear of this one if you value customer service
I totally agree with Aaron & Chris's comments. Currently getting my super away from these guys now, left me feeling sick in the guts & scared to know what fees i could be hit with at this point?? Bloody sales team were great i will give them that!
They get you in via some misleading information. For starters the on-boarding process is massively convoluted (takes hours) and you feel like you are signing your life away. In comparison, when I rolled out, my new fund took 15 minutes to self sign up online. The sales pitch and subsequent chats with financial advisers make you feel that you are going to get ongoing tailored financial advice (that never happens) and the reality is they want your super under management so they can take a yearly fee for near-on no effort.
