Great customer service started with the free estimate and continued throughout the process. Installers worked efficiently and kept us informed of any obstacles and what needed to be done (big rock where fence post needed to go). We immediately enjoyed the fence. Thank you all.
The installation process couldn’t have gone better. They showed up on the scheduled day and the installation team of Juan, Felix, Dietrich and Chad did a fantastic job. They were a very professional team who left the property looking like they had never dug any holes. I would highly recommend this company.
I thought the fence came out beautifully. Some minor things that I did not like was that the installers did not look at the layout, as they were about to install the gate in the wrong place. When I told the 1st guy the gate was supposed to be two sections to the right he wanted to affirm that I was wrong. Listen to your customer. The 2nd guy looked at the layout and stated that the gate was to be where I said it was. There were minor clean up I had to do like picking up chainlink pieces from the old fence. Everything was absolutely perfect! The sales representative was polite, professional, and very thorough in explaining the project and expectations. The office kept us in the loop the entire time (Stephanie is great!!) and the installers walked us through exactly what they were doing and double checked everything with us throughout. The fence looks gorgeous! I will definitely recommend Superior Fence & Rail to everyone I know.
Ralph and his team are so professional!! They really know what they are doing. Ralph takes so much pride in the quality of his work. He took time to explain the process and to answer any questions I had. He is seriously the best to work with. I recommend him and his team 💯%.
