In June Superior installed my fence around my property. They did an awesome job and my fence looks amazing. They were very friendly and respectful. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, someone forced my gate open the wrong way breaking my latch on my gate. I called Superior and spoke to Dawn. She said to email her pictures of my gate. Within one day of me sending her the pictures, Dawn emailed me saying that my latch was repaired and there is no charge. Had a bad start at first but after that everything went great office personnel was helpful the installer did a great job explaining install and cleanup
