Superior Fence and Rail were professional from start to finish. Andrea was incredibly helpful to get things rolling with the permit. She was very good with communicating all through the process. I would highly recommend them.
Another great experience with Superior!! This is the second time we've gone with Superior. From the beginning, they are willing to work with you. The estimator (Justin) was very professional and stayed on top of all my communications. I made several changes before the actual install. It required a few estimates and follow-up visits to re-measure the yard. This was a big project and they were very willing to make changes as I made them. Today my anticipated fence was installed. It looks fantastic and the installers Tim and Tyler did a great job. They arrived on time and worked non stop with only some short breaks. They were meticulous with the leveling of the fence which is very important for a successful installation. Although the side gates were not suitable for the side grass slopes, Tim sent instructions to orde the correct ones and they will be installed in a few days. The crew did an amazing job and completed the work in less time than we thought possible. They did everything that was promised and we couldn’t be happier.
Totally professional from start to finish: prompt response to estimate request and detailed inventory of what we wanted; expedited scheduling and confirmation of appt; crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done, and cleaned up the area of all construction and clean-out debris They were able to creatively work the board on board fencing behind a large old tree trunk that abutted the neighbor's chainlink fence. My vinyl fence looks great! It took them about 5 fays to install it but it was worth the waiting. Great people to work with
