Beautiful fence. We love it!
quick, fast, and easy to deal with.
First off, the installers were great and the product itself is amazing. However, the customer service was terrible. The ball was dropped on our Notice of Commencement/permit paperwork. The sales consultant forgot to have us sign it when we initially signed the contract, and didn't even have us sign the missing paperwork until 2 weeks after we signed the initial contract. Our entire experience was excellent. It honestly all went smoother than we could have even hoped. Superior Fence & Rail of North Florida were recommended to us by a neighbor. We all were looking to get fences out in around the same time and having them match was a concern, but the customer service sold us. Do not use Superior Fencing in LW. Overpriced, do not deliver what you say. Original contract i discussed with Erik Stanbra the owner was not written down correctly. Ex i wanted black, said bronze, i paid a lot extra for puppy pickets but i guess that had to be specified. I sign it not realizing it but worked with the office and got it verbally corrected. I asked if I needed to sign new, was told no would be ok. Took weeks for 3 sections on a porch when promised no longer verbally than 10 days. They had to come back tw... read more

We delivered the original product based off the contract that was signed for by the customer. The customer did not read the contract - which clearly states the color of the fence (twice), the orientation of the gate, and the dimensions of the fence (twice). Nonetheless, we re-fabricated her product despite her errors to try and please her.
