From getting a quote from Glen to installation with David and crew - there was not a single thing to complain about. That is rare for me. Another great experience with Superior!! This is the second time we've gone with Superior. From the beginning, they are willing to work with you. The estimator (Justin) was very professional and stayed on top of all my communications. I made several changes before the actual install. It required a few estimates and follow-up visits to re-measure the yard. This was a big project and they were very willing to make changes as I made them. Today my anticipated fence was installed. It looks fantastic and the installers Tim and Tyler did a great job. They arrived on time and worked non stop with only some short breaks. They were meticulous with the leveling of the fence which is very important for a successful installation. Although the side gates were not suitable for the side grass slopes, Tim sent instructions to orde the correct ones and they will be installed in a few days.
