The team did a fantastic job, was professional and we are very pleased. They went over everything with us before they began and had us look the job over before they left. Fence was put up in a day. The office staff kept me informed where we were on the schedule with personal calls.
The crew showed up and had the job done faster than I expected. The fence turned out great.

First off, the installers were great and the product itself is amazing. However, the customer service was terrible. The ball was dropped on our Notice of Commencement/permit paperwork. The sales consultant forgot to have us sign it when we initially signed the contract, and didn't even have us sign the missing paperwork until 2 weeks after we signed the initial contract. Our entire experience was excellent. It honestly all went smoother than we could have even hoped. Superior Fence & Rail of North Florida were recommended to us by a neighbor. We all were looking to get fences out in around the same time and having them match was a concern, but the customer service sold us.
