Excellent follow up.
The crew lead by Horace was courteous and timely. I was very impressed by the amount of work that was accomplished in a working day. I was in constant contact with the crew even though I was away at work for the day. Working with Superior Fence has reinforced my belief that customer service is alive and well.
I dont normally write reviews unless the service was sub par because i expect good service. However the service by this fence company was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend this vendor to anyone needing a fence

While I have numerous neighbors with Superior Fences, my first fence project was just an L shape trash bin screening. The care taken with utility markings, paver pathway, side of house, desired placement and function were all spot on 100% as requested. The crew was very efficient and able to take time to answer all my questions. Of 3 vendors it was the middle in cost for same work and material. The onsite visit, assurances and documentation as well as advice make the sale and the crew brings it home.

First of the sales man worked with me and my HOA getting my plans approved. The crew that came to install the fence was very professional and addressed all my questions. The fence has been up a week now and no issues. The whole process was painless and I would definitely recommend superior.
