The workmanship was good, but they didn’t bring all the right materials. It took about 3 weeks to finish the job.
The two-man crew that showed up to do the work seem confused. When I told them they were supposed to access the fence from my neighbors property which had been arranged previous to them arriving as well as on the work order. They were to straighten up 11 posts as well as 56 feet of fence for the work order. I had to reiterate this to them as they just were going to straighten up three posts. Seems like . Everything was great!! Very hard workers.
They came to our home after a tornado.I am recovering from 4 surgeries.I am a 100% Disabled Veteran /Fire Medic. My service dog Freedom and I depend on our fences.I had several of my neighbors trees fall on my back fence and mine on my front fence.They are donating the supplies/labor.We have NO words to express our gratitude.Debbie and Matt rock.I cannot remember Matt’s wife’s name.We are forever grateful as cannot return to duty for another month.We promise to pay their kindness forward.
The workers showed up late only calling that they would be late after I called to see if they were going to show up during their stated window. Once they arrived, they stated they left the 100Ft extension cord at the last job. We had the required cord so they could go to work, however, they sat and ate breakfast in their truck instead of getting to work. Just moved here and needed a fence put up for the dogs. The whole process was a breeze and Chase had the job done in no time. The fence looks great and he made sure to always ask if he had a question about my preference.
The installation was the only reason for giving a three to this experience. Everything moved along nicely initially until they got the deposit and then I had to continuously stay in contact with the office to ensure the permits were submitted and process moved along it took a lot longer than i was told it would on initial discussion. I had to even call them when the locates were done to ensure my appointment was scheduled and only then did I get an installation date.
